Need an RMA... (ASAP!!)

Hi, I need an RMA on an Asus A8N SLi Deluxe. I've had the board for a few weeks, and I can't get it to POST. I've tried everything. The fans spin, everything comes on, but no POST. It is either the CPU or the Asus A8N SLi Deluxe.

I need an RMA on the board, preferably to be sent before you close on Friday.

Also, would it be worth RMAing for a BIOS update? That could be the problem.

The A8N supports the winchester and newcastle out of the box so that should not be the problem. I've passed this request to the returns team so the can get this rectified for you as soon as possible.

I have been in contact with Robert and issued an RMA number for the return of the motherboard. It seems you have done pretty much all of the trouble shooting you can. Once the board is returned we will do our utmost to test the board, find the problem and issue a replacement

Cheers mate. Pity I hadn't arranged this sooner. Reading 60 pages of an FAQ, I see this is a very common problem.
