ive placed 2 orders with scan but now they are asking for a form of id to be emailed to them how the **** am i spos to do that i hav no scanner and no fax :| i need to stuff asap is this a real scan thing or just a scam ?

We do ask for ID for orders over a certain Value - and this is a 1 off. This is 1 step that the MD's have added to ensure that most fraudulent orders are caught before we loose goods, and this would in turn increase our prices if we we're not as vigialent as we are.
If you speak to the Payments team on 0870-755-4747 ( option 1 and then option 4 on the menu system ) and explain your issue they will be able to assist you further.

ok thatnxs lee been scamed a few times so im very cautious about these things. never heard of a shop wanting id tho.

I know this can be a pain to some people but we need to look after you guys aswell as ourselves, but since we have put these measures in place we rarely get frauds going through, some of the length the "****" will go to is unreal, but the payment team are pretty switched on and have a good eye for the dodgy orders.
