    Typical Bad Timing

Hey i know you guys are off for xmas but hell i thought i would try here to, already got an email into Ben and into your support team

Whilst playing game Fear the system encountered an error, attempted to shut down but failed to reboot, after powering down completely i managed to restart the computer but there was an error message at POST suggesting any 'Overclocking', of which i have done none, had failed and giving me two options to enter BIOS or reset BIOS to defaults and failing to boot further. At first i entered BIOS, made no changes and exited BIOS following which the machine booted successfully. However, after five minutes use on only internet browser the machine failed again and attempted to reboot itself again failing. This time after several attempts to reboot if finally announced again the same overclocking issue and this time i choose option 2. This time it rebooted successfully and seemed stable, then 20 minutes later whilst internet browsing again it frooze completely but still on screen and did not attempt a reboot either. I attempted shut down thru a power off and restarted however this time on power up, despite power getting it appears to all parts i.e. fans, hard drives, graphics cards etc the computer failed to enter BIOS. no beeps or anything and this has continued and i have been unable to reboot the computer since. Any ideas guys?

My new computer would beep and stop opening yesterday, cos the CPUI heatsink wasn't on securely, perhaps this is the problem - not enough cooling to CPU...
    Woohoo now Assistant Manager!

Rite just tried the pc again and got it to boot up after checking all the connections again making sure everything is firmly seated and lying it flat and it works this time however it appears to be running slowly and asked me to install the raid controller, the audio controller and something else again which are all motherboard items. Currently running the pcmark 05 that came with the machine to see how that goes or if it locks the computer again
