    Question Account Problems - Lost?

    Hello..

This morning I tried to login into Scan, but it seemed that my account has been lost...

None of my login details worked. I ended up starting a new account using the same details, but now I cannot link it to my Hexus username - I am getting the message "Hexus User not found"

My email address for the original account was - I believe - daniel_rae@btinternet.com, and I made an order early December. I have not yet made an order since linking my Hexus account, therefore haven't taken advantage of the free delivery.

I was hoping to order a new PSU with free delivery (Order would still be about £60)

If you could help at all, I'd appreciate it. My Hexus user ID is 8821.

    Thanks!

    My System: Coolermaster Centurion 5 (black) case, Intel E6750 Core2Duo, Tagan Easy-Con 530W, Asus P5B Deluxe WIFI, OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 4-4-4-15 PLATINUM XTC, Samsung SpinPoint 200Gb SATA2 / 2 x Maxtor DiamondMax 10 200Gb SATA, 256Mb Sapphire ATI PCI-E X1950PRO, Creative X-Fi Xtreme 7.1, 19" Daewoo W9ZQ Black Widescreen TFT, 4Mb Virgin Cable Broadband (formerly Blueyonder) with Linksys WRT54GL Wireless-G and DD-WRT firmware.

I had the same problem recently, they'll just have to reset your account and the hexus/scan thing too

If you have recently had your parcel delivered to another address to your usual one you may have set that as your address. So on the logon screen use the most recent address and postcode to the one you used originally, if that makes sense

Yes, we occasionally have people who decide to change their Account address, instead of using the "Set Delivery Point" as they should do... Not saying this is whats been done.. but you could try this.

Games130 - can you do the same and forward full details to our CS (customer services - not Counter Strike!) team?

Just wondered if there was any update on this? I did fill in the form on your site to contact customer services on wednesday.

It's just, I want to make an order and would ideally like to make use of teh free shipping which was working before Christmas.

    Thanks
