Order cancellation

Just want to run this past you guys.

Placed an order a few days ago, two of the items are out of stock, so nothing is sent.

I didnt know they were out of stock until i queried it.

Now I have cancelled the order & an email has been sent to me to confirm that I will receive a refund, however, when I log into my account on the scan site, it shows the order as being picked.

Does this mean it will be dispached?

I dont mind if it is as I need the stuff anyway, just saves me having to reorder it, or duplicate an order thats already gone thorugh you system.
