AGP Graphics for Widescreen TFT question

Getting a Philips 20" Widescreen monitor this week and I've currently got a Geoforce Ti4200 AGP, would this be suitable for the highest res on a widescreen TFT or would I need to purchase a new AGP graphics card to get full benefit?

Current System is P4 Prescott 3ghz, 1gig RAM. Don't really play games on it, just Internet browsing/digital camera stuff and office apps etc. Planning to head down to Scan this afternoon to make a purchase!

If its just 2d stuff youll be fine, although you wont have DVI of course. In games, well, youd probably be able to play backwards.
