Red face slightly ot : what time do city link offices open?

i used their tracking service and ti says that they called at my house, no-body answered and they left a note..

i've been sitting in a room all day that has a window that can see the front door, and the only people to come was the girls from next door to see our kittens and the postman, no city link!

i've got the details ready, i just need to ring them tomororw morning to make sure he delivers it here..

if they don't deliver tomorrow, i'm sure to have low fps on HL2 EP One when its unlocked!

    cheers

I just rang my local Citylink...there's still people manning the line there. You may want to do the same, see if you can get it sorted now.

Sorry about the problem you've had.

If you can please log the details down - then Customer Services can look into this tomorrow for you.

It depends on the depot ... please check on www.city-link.co.uk for contact details for your local depot.

my depot is swansea which is over an hours drive away, and i've just come out of hospital and can't drive yet

-i'm not angry at scan at all, had nothing but excellent service with them!

just unlucky with city-link this time, i've had over 30 things delieverd by them before, i can't see where they've gone wrong this time ? and the lady said that it was two different drivers too!
