RMA not showing up on online account?

I can pm the rma number if anyone needs it. I have sent a psu back, you should have received it today, but the rma isnt showing up in my account on the website.

any ideas?

just got an email saying its awaiting credit authorisation, so at least it got there ok. Im just wondering why its not showing on the website though.

edit: i think i might know why. it was a phone order and the original phone order isnt showing on my account either.

Only Internet orders will appear in your online account, as telephone orders use a different system.
