I ordered parts from scan for a complete new build on the 6th september this year and recieved the components on the 13th of this month.
The problem is that when I recieved the components obivously I started to build the system however I have a problem, and I have came to the conclusion that the motherboard (gigabyte 965p-ds4) is broken/faulty. I have ruled out the other components as they work on another system, only the motherboard does not work, however it was not dead on arrival as it worked beforehand so if I broke it somehow what do I do???
So the question is can I RMA it?
The scan code is : LN15069
Also if I RMA it what do need to send to you (Scan.co.uk)?
