Order Delayed - Yet Again

Do you have something against me?

As nearly everytime I have ordered items from you an item has always been out of stock and delayed the whole order, and I only find out at like 8pm which really annoys me.

Please can you ensure my order (of 2 Icy Boxes and 2 Harddrives) is dealt with as quickly as possible

I am pretty annoyed that this has happened yet again and that despite expecting the order tomorrow I have only been notified now. I understand that shipments can go out as late as 7pm but still the order has been in the system for so long and surely you have someway of checking orders against stock to see whether it is in stock to notify the customer when ordering etc.

Any help in getting this sent asap would be much appreciated

I have noticed a similar item on your today only list. Would you be able to confirm yes or no whether I would be able to get the combination (320Gb Hitatchi Drive and Black IcyBox) - I would pay the extra cost, but get it delivered by Saturday (using the hexus discount)?

If you can PM me your invoice number and also what you require then I can get this arranged for you.

Please note that if you wish to upgrade this order to a Saturday delivery then you would pay the difference between the normal delivery charge and the Saturday delivery.

This breaks down as follows:

£26.28 + VAT (saturday charge)

£5.98 + VAT (normal delivery)

upgrade charge therefore would be £20.30 + VAT

sorry if forgot to say, i wanted two of the following:
320 Gb HGST(IBM/Hitachi) HDT725032VLAT80 Deskstar T7K500, IDE(PATA), 7200rpm, 8MB Cache, 8.5ms + IcyBox IB351U-B-BL *Black* inc Blue LED External HDD Case USB2 for IDE HDD's (@ £72.84 each) Hopefully making the total order £145.68

Thank you carl : Order has been shipped out today so am a happy with how quickly it has been rectified.

However I am still pretty disappointed that this has happened to me on so many occasions.
