    Palit 7600 AGP 256MB problem

    Hi,
I recently bought the Palit AGP 7600 great service and delivery however it seems the card is faulty of somesort , please read:

    http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=91635

i have already tried everything it has problems when i connect DVI connection the screen black's out continouesly i have messed around with the timing on Nvidia control panel which has fixed the problem on movies but not in games and still does happen in movies but far less once every 10 min. when connected to Dsub VGA there is no problems with movies however in games i do get a lot of twitching . Order# :bought on 15 NOV . i would like to change for a differant card in total as i get the feeling palit is not compatible with my system.

    thank you ,

    Hi Lee,
I have seen you've inspected the Card and have said :

Powers up and passes the 3D bench mark. Missing the following: PCI-E power cable and internal foam.

when i recieved the card it did not have the PCI-E power or the foam , i thought it was strange but i had a Power Supply which had PCI-E so i never said anything . i have bought a new card and it works perfectly fine no problems at all .can you please look in to this .
    thank you ,

    Sorry for the delay.

I've emailed this link to my works email address and on Monday morning I'll check with the technical and returns team to see what the current situation is.

Please note - I'm not the same Lee who works in testing even though we have the same initals ( very confusing - I sometimes get his emails from returns ) so I am not able to comment until I check on this.

    Best Regards,

Lee has been off ill the last few days, so has been unable to deal with this i'm afraid.

I've forwarded this to returns to look into for you.
