    Indeed you should have, as for one we wouldn't under any circustances damage the board and claim that you did it, this is a totally un-justifed claim without substance, so please dont make these false claims as they are un-called for and un-true. most people will vouch for us because this is something we simply would not do, and the claim is quite frankly insulting and goes against everything that Scan are about .

    Well there is yourself and Scan mentioned in this statement and you claimed that you "didn't" do it, therefor there was only 1 party left and that was us, so that to me rather imply's that you think we had done it, to even suggest that we have done such an act is un-true and indeed False!

    Sorry but we put alot of time and effort into customer relations and i'm not going to let someone tarnish that with false claims ..

    maybe you should choose your words more carefully before you post them .
