RMA, now item no longer stocked?

In which case then it must be the sempron cpu which i also bought from scan at the same time that has failed. It is the only explanation. I have done at least 20 system builds in my time and have never had a cpu go before. Can I rma this?

I would however agree with your suggestion, if we are going to RMA again it may be best to bring back the 3 major components.

I have just got off the phone about this rma and it was the cpu that was at fault. When can I expect the replacements to be sent out as this has been going on for sometime now? I do appreciate your customer service.
