RMA, now item no longer stocked?

I sent back a Asrock K8NF4G-SATA2 MoBo which was recd today and to quote "completely dead". But this s754 board is no longer stocked and is listed as a replacement. How will this get sorted?

Nobody has contacted me and on my account a new invoice has been made so I am assuming something else is being sent instead? But I cannot view the invoice as its only in the RMA section. Just want to know what I am being sent.

I'm looking into this for you, nothing is being shipped at the moment, it is with our SR team like I said it would be. I'll get them to get an SR to you ASAP (it will be this afternoon)

I recd your PM regarding the rma and that you would be sending a gigabyte board which I replied as being ok. I have the replacement board but it is the same Asrock board? To my surprise it it doesn't work either completely dead! I don't know if you have sent back the same board but it looks like it. What is going on? I request an urgent reply please.

It seems the goods were dispatched before we could amend the invoice to the gigabyte board,

I have raised a returns number and offered a collection via email, once we have the asrock board back I will personally ensure that the gigabyte board is dispatched on the same day,

I have the gigabyte board now and am still having the same problem. I have tried 2 power supplies, different sticks of ram which are known to be working. The only thing I haven't been able to test is the sempron cpu which was also bought from scan at the same time as the mobo. Could this be causing the problem? Its just weird that no fans either psu or cpu fans spin up. I am testing outside of case on an anti-static bag. i am using testing components out of the rig in my sig but this has a 939 cpu so can't test this 754 one to see if its dead. Can I not send my cpu, mobo and ram back for testing this time? I am at my wits end here.

It cannot be this Gigabyte board, I had it tested before i sent it to you and it is in full working order.
