    card or cash?

    hey scan, you received my dead gfx card last week, and in the email it suggests that you can have a refund or a replacement, i am getting a replacement, but i never actually requested that, so is there a way i could get a refund?

    sorry to sound ignorant i appreciate you are replacing the card and for that i am extremely grateful.

    also whats the story behind that, it was £358 when i bought it a while back, so what refund money would be available?

    You can only opt for a refund if the item is returned within the original 28 days, otherwise it will be replacement, hence the reason i presume you have not been given an option.

    right sorted ! thats all i needed to know.

    and what about the replacement? can that be refunded or is it non refundable. also i have checked my status and it says completed, but it hasn't been sent yet

    The replacement has no bearing on this everything runs from your original date of purchase, it does not reset if you have a warranty replacement.
