We have a contract with a high street chain to take all their ipod raw returns these include , new open box (still have the seal from apple on the unit) , Grade A (used but may have lite signs of use) Grade B (will show signs of previous use) Grade C. Will have scratches etc...

I can't see any company address details or companies house number on the website, so either they're missing or at best hidden away so you can't find them easily.

And they don't provide any address for returns, instead asking you to return it to the manufacturer after 7 days, which isn't the right thing to do in the UK. Looks very suspicious.

I don't see any address there? For me it just says:

As was pointed out to me (when I .... ahem .... deleted an earlier post) the presence of a Custom Avatar and Title, for a new member, is a giveaway, because they cant do that unless someone with admin access enables it.

3 Months Apple Warranty Minimum - Is warranty transferrable? Are the serials of the units not allocated in the high street store, i would presume that the store will take a name and address for the warranty meaning the units may already be registered to the first purchaser. Also will the warranty be honoured by Apple seeing as though by the time you purchase it from this company the unit will be 2nd hand. Maybe someone can confrim, Saracen?.

You are correct in you assumption.

The units carry a minimum remainder warranty of 3 Months with apple or if there are any problems with us.

Most will have more but we are covering ourselves.
