You could not accept delivery if your still disputing, then its not on you to send back to dispute

Yeah they sent it back, really could not believe that they rejected it because of the damage to the inner box ... but I suppose it will be their loss in the end as I do order quite a bit from them.

Kind of hate it when companies ignore terms and conditions that might cost them a couple of quid but you live and learn.
