CEX Cancellation

I recently bought some RAM from here, only cheap stuff as I don't need anything special.

1x2GB stick.

However, paid via paypal and when I went to process payment it said "timed out please login again".

When I logged in again it said "click here to pay" so I did.

It's placed two orders.

I can't find a phone number and as yet had no responce to emails.

Their cancellation policy... well says you can't and you will have to return the item.

Not sure why I should have to pay return shipping when technically it's a error on the part of their payment processor.
