    Cancellation of order

    Hi guys,

    I put an order in early this afternoon but used the wrong payment details . I phoned up and asked to cancel and this was confirmed over the phone and I was told to re-order the items again (which I did).

    In my account, however, the previous order still exists and is not showing as cancelled nor have i received any emails confirming the cancellation. Is there anyway you could confirm the cancellation?

    I know I'm probably just panicking but I wanted to be sure that the order was definitely cancelled before I end up with two of everything!

    Nevermind, just got an email confirming the cancellation.

    I'm still used to the Ebuyer level of service where cancellations take months to confirm!

    The order ending 808 has been cancelled, however payment was authorised. This has already been assigned to payment for a full refund to be processed for you.

    This should be completed in the next 3-4 workings days
