Hi guys,
I put an order in early this afternoon but used the wrong payment details . I phoned up and asked to cancel and this was confirmed over the phone and I was told to re-order the items again (which I did).
In my account, however, the previous order still exists and is not showing as cancelled nor have i received any emails confirming the cancellation. Is there anyway you could confirm the cancellation?
I know I'm probably just panicking but I wanted to be sure that the order was definitely cancelled before I end up with two of everything!
