Notice how they link Cards 1 and 3 and 2 and 4 together with ribbon cables ? Its like Dual channel just on graphics cards
Apparently Quad SLi isnt much faster than Dual SLi because the CPU isnt powerful enough to run all 4 cards at full potential (its bottlenecked =[ )
That's because GPUs 1 & 2, 3 & 4 are already linked.

Ive heard bottleneckin has been an issue with them, i still drool over getting one, it's not going to happen but hey you never know
