Who else is going for the iPhone 4 tomorrow?

Got to pull you on this one mate, I am a desire owner as well and I love it but I am looking at mine after a full days (no wifi or bluetooth enabled and no taskiller, screen is at 100% brightness tho) use including about 15 mins GPS and a bit of browsing and a couple of phone calls and its on 38%.

There's no way it will go all tomorrow at that usage. I have had this a couple of months now and it does require a charge every day unfortunately and its the only gripe I have with it although for the functionality it provides I think its a very worthwhile trade off.

Did you train the battery properly? And are you using the stock battery? I have done as per a guide over on androidforums.com and the battery life is already lasting better than it did on my HTC Hero.

As per the iPhone signal issue, that sounds rather pathetic, I hope it's an issue they can fix!

iPhone has always needed this. Another reason not to buy one.

Welcome to the world that is Apple. I hate iTunes with a passion, and seeing as everything works through iTunes, I would never go with Apple. Even though I freely admit the iPhone is a nice bit of kit (not nicer than my Desire though).

Its an improvement on the 3GS screen but nothing that really stands out quite interesting to read

Having had a shot with an iPhone 4 I must admit screen looks incredible. The improvement in pixel density is far more noticeable than I thought before hand.

but on a 3.5" device what is the point? Come on people, apart from showing off, give me some real world usage of a screen that size with such a great pixel density and how it would be an improvement over a Desire, HD2, Galaxy S, or Evo / Incredible / Droid if you are in the US...
