    Printing pictures on SE K750i

I've finally bitten the bullet and just purchased an SE K750i. I want to use the camera as much as possible and was wondering if anyone has tried any of the portable photo printers? I'd like to be able to zap a photo over to a printer via IR or Bluetooth and have it printed out on standard glossy photo paper (standard 6" x 4" size) without having to use my PC.

What options are there? The camera in the phone does not appear to be Pictbridge compatible.

If you go into 'applications', there is a HP Print application. Not used it but may be helpful. You could also try a printer with a card reader, but it's worth sticking the photo's onto a PC first so you can see which are actually worth printing. It's easy to take blured pictures and not tell on the small phone screen.

Well I finally got a photo printer (Canon Selphy CP600). There was a shop on E-Bay doing them really cheap - A. J. Purdy and Co. Ltd. I already have a couple of larger printers (an Epson CX5200 all-in-one and an old Epson Stylus Photo 750). I also got a Bluetooth dongle for my PC as well (as recommended by dew1911) but this sees more use with my Bluetooth headset and Skype.

The CP600 printer is very small and has an IR port but no Bluetooth. It comes with a battery pack so is very portable. I took a picture on my SE K750i and went into Media album-->Pictures-->Camera Pictures. I then selected a picture and clicked on More-->Send--Via infrared.

Pointed the K750i at the IR port on the CP600 and it transmitted the picture to the printer. The transfer rate over infrared was fairly leisurely - I estimated it at around 10KB per second.

Once the printer had got the picture it delivered a postcard sized print in around 90 seconds. All this without even attaching the printer to a computer! The K750i amazes me more every day.

For anyone looking to have a very portable, high0quality photo printing solution that they can carry anywhere with them then I highly recommend the Canon Selphy CP600 partnered with the SE K750i phone.

The Vodaphone shop in my town was giving away free printers away with free K750i on a new contract. Might be worth a look in at yer local store.

I think it depends on the printer and which model is your HP printer? Are you trying to print from your PC or directly from your phone? I tried directly from the K750i.

If you take a look at the page for my printer (Canon Selphy CP600): http://www.canon.co.uk/for_home/prod...p600/index.asp you will see that it specifically mentions "Wireless printing via IrDA (with some camera phones)". Is there something similar mentioned in your printers documentation?
