So is this recommended for an upgrade for general use? I just thought it looked nifty, and has some features which would be very handy to have at home (such as the net in bed etc.).

Also, what sort of contract do most of you who have one have?

I'm waiting for the O2 Atom to replace my mini XDA 2 ... the O2 Atom looks very tasty. Only thing is that I will need to get new mini SD cards to feed it.

I've had a P910 until recently (cracked the screen), and am on the lookout for a new smartphone / pda.

I've had a look at the Vario and the MDA Pro from T-mobile. The Vario would be ideal but has no 3G, and am not sure about the size of the MDA Pro as a phone. The SE P990 looks good, but I think they've made a mistake reducing the screen size. I though the keyboard on the P910 flip was fine. I know this was a reason muted by some folk against the P910.

Does anybody have any good links to any PDA / smartphones coming out next year?

    Many thanks.
