    your friends an idiot then, bailifs can only enter your home if you leave your door open, they arnt allowed to break in or push you out of the way......

    Phone up 'retentions' and tell them you want to leave. Tell them you've seem a better deal elsewhere and 90% of the time they'll offer you a great deal.

    basically what I did & I got 1/2 price.
    A few months later i got a 'phone call offering me a "25% loyalty discount" if I extended my contract in addition to the -50% that I was already getting .
