Kinda. I got trench - bunker mentality with it when it wouldn't render a page properly. It's been a Mexican stand off ever since.

Firefox for me.
main issue with ie7 it seems to crash after about 30 mins of use.
Alot of web developers build for firefox then tweak for ie so rendering in firefox is more accurate generally. Firefix is more widely used with about a 27% market share I think much higher than that of opera.
I use web developer plug ins for firefox and tools such as fireftp as I do a lot of web dev in uni.
Also I really don't like ie7's interface prefer the simpler interface of firefox.
Opera as my day to day browser. Absolutely love it. I do have Firefox installed as well for pages that don't load properly in Opera and also so that I can do some work on my final year project. I have IE7 installed for BBC iPlayer and Windows Updates.
I use both Opera and Firefox. But Opera for pretty much 85% of the surfing I do.
Mainly because its just quicker, and I go cycling back and forward through pages often and usually firefox reloads pages, rather than loading the cache. Also because firefox never seems to remember where down the page you were when you come back to it, always have to scroll back down.
Ive only ever seen a few websites where this hasn't happened.
Recently however, Ive started getting frustrated with opera as it seems to freeze for 3-4 seconds when you load up multiple pages one go (from bookmarks) and always takes in the most recent place of your mouse cursor. So if you click one bookmark and get this freezing and then move your mouse down onto a different bookmark, instead of loading the original click it loads up what your mouse is currently hovering over.
Highly annoying.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Use both opera and firefox. I like the little bits that opera include like the speed dial and the little image which appears when scrolled over a tab.
I hate IE. Dunno why...i have tried it and everytime i seem to get annoyed by it being so slow...especially when opening a new tab...both opera and firefox for me
Firefox for me. IE7 doesn't get used, I don't like it, it looks crappy. Never used Opera cos it wouldn't install for some reason although I might give it another shot seeing as FF is becoming buggier with each release although i love all the add-ons etc.

Is it just me or does Firefox use huge amounts of ram when running?

opera = best
imo
I've used all three and Firefox remains my browser of preference.
For the purposes of web development I have Firefox 2, IE7, IE6 and Opera 9 on my dev machine.
I use Firefox 2, can tolerate IE7/Opera 9 (Opera's nice, just not my thing) and despise IE6.
Just stuck Hardy Heron Alpha 5 on a development machine, which comes with Firefox 3 Beta 2(I think). Must say it looks very nice.
Firefox all the way (on my desktop). Opera (mini) on my mobile phone, fantastic little app and has quite regular update to.
Unfortunately we HAVE to use IE at work and at no higher version then 6.0 because our intranet hasn't been tested with it yet... Mind you 6.0 crashes all the time trying to access the intranet anyway.
I use opera, I understand that it's unique to opera to have the tabs and pages from your last visit there. So even when you shut down the next time you log on and run it it'll have what you had open previously! Thats a great feature - not sure if it's only Opera.
+ in 2years use I can remember it crashing only a couple of times.
Sorry this is a bit off topic but....
BUFF, is that you at the south Pole, dude?
Oh, and I use IE7. I used Firefox for a week or so and couldn't get on with it. Never tried Opera. IE7 is just fine and I've got no complaints. I'm not sure what all the hate for IE is all about. I mean, all these things do is display webpages!!!
