Conflicts between nvidia drivers and Sis drivers!?

I think you may be right Paul adams. All the drivers I seem to try have artifacting or really bad performance. I'm going to get a refund on my board and then buy a new socket A board. It has to be VIA or nforce 2, and cheap as possible but will good overclocking options. Does the NF7 v2.0 sound right, or are there any other boards cheaper than that which give stability and overclocking options like the NF7. I won't be doing hardcore overclclocking, judt want to see how far my 333mhz RAM and 2600xp can be pushed. Thanks guys. John

SIS motherboards often need their own AGP drivers which probably come on the CD that came with the motherboard but don't autoinstall, not does Windows autodetect that they are needed. you might have to install them while in safe mode as it sometimes kicks you out while in full windows.

I can't even get into safe mode with this board and I can't fined anything about it in the manuel. I have tried f8 and stuff like that but nothing seems to work.
