Caomeijump, because I do n’t use it very much, it worked well for me in the early days, but it may be affected by the epidemic now, and it does not work well.

Re: Which VPN to go for?

Seen a few people suggest nordVPN, is that still worth considering? Has it got any better ? Heard it had some issues not so long ago. Know it's heavily advertised still but not sure if it's worth it.

If you can afford it, go for ExpressVPN, otherwise yes NordVPN is a good option. However, if you're worried about their recent controversy, try SurfShark. Good luck!

as resurrections go that one is actually meaningful and on-topic. There's hope yet!

May as well throw my two cents in

I use TorGuard (They had a cheap yearly offer and keep renewing it for me). So far no complaints, it's fast, they seem to have a decent privacy policy and a good variety of client options (L2TP, SSTP, bespoke client, OpenVPN etc) the only one missing would be a site to site option but for £28 I won't complain

Im a previous user of PIA, got sick of slow speeds and unstable connection.

I now use PureVPN and love it! super stable and quick and they always send me great discounts at the perfect time for renewal.

Re: Which VPN to go for?

Nord VPN here, mostly good, but I'll be changing when my subscription's up as it doesn't get me to the BBC iPlayer or All4 from France.

It's funny, I got rid of Nord in favour of PIA, and PIA has been faster and rock solid. YMMV!

I have left PIA since their acquisition by KAPE (which is the company behind CyberGhost).

I have been using Mullvad ever since.

Re: Which VPN to go for?

NordVPN and Octane are some of the best VPN out there.
If in doubt, go for NordVPN.
No other VPN provider can give you access to foreign internet content other than Nord VPN.

Re: Which VPN to go for?

If you're going for the least conspicuous PIA or one of the smaller ones are probably your best bet, everyone is saying NordVPN but they've been caught up in some bad news recently

Massive outage on NordVPN right now - only Japan and Indonesia showing as available and they're swamped.

that's odd, i was able to get BBC iPlayer and All4 from The Ukraine via NordVPN a few months ago

was an absolute live-saver. i don't get homesick often, i generally love travelling and new places but y'know those occasions where you find yourself a long way from home in an unfamiliar land and can feel the weight of every single mile between you and home? well, that!

so the ability to watch some familiar, light-hearted nonsense was very welcome!
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is
