WEIGHTS...and MORE WEIGHTS.....GRRRRRRR!!!!!!
Don't bother with supplements etc, just eat a lot so you aren't hungry and push more weight.
I find having that extra Y chromosome helps as well

Supersize me is sick! Can't go to McDonalds again after that!
eat alot and take weight gainers but dont forget to workout or else your only hurting yourself.
Anyone remember a rather "interesting" documentary that was on channel 4 a while back "fat birds and feeders"... it must have been about 3 or 4 years ago? it was baaaaaaaaaaad to say the least and being less mature than I am now I found it rather funny. Anyway on that they showed that the fastest way to gain weight was to drink chicken fat!!! one of the guys was using a funnel and a tube to get that "goodness" down his ladies neck
You should look at keeping a food diary, log down what you're eating and work out the calorie content. There's some useful sites out there to help with this (I've used nutracheck before when trying to loose weight).
You'll probably find one of two things either a) you're not eating enough or b) you're eating the wrong types of food at the wrong times. Crazy as it sounds, some people maintain a very low weight because they're undereating in calories, despite consuming silly foods like 10 jam doughnuts or a packet of crisps for breakfast.
One other way to put on weight is swap one meal a week out for a takeaway. A typical Indian or Medium (12") pizza will contain 3000-5000 calories and is often a way to tip the scales

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
Eating a kabab every week will sort you out. There's more calories in those things alone than what you are supposed to eat in the whole day.
how abouts you buy a flat above some sort of food place. and become a regular
Drinking beer will help, also try eating later on at night, get some good sleep 8 hours or more and try to eat more than 3000 calories a day. Also try to do less cardio and more weights if you hit the gym.
Good luck.
Why don't you go to your doctor and ask? They would know the best and most importantly, the most healthy way to add pounds.
may sound boring but eating a well balanced diet (fruit, vegetables, slow releasing carbs eg. wholemeal bread/wholewheat pasta, protein eg. chicken, red meat etc) is probably the way forward. you then should be getting the right amount of nutrients into your body - not what would happen if you were eating junk. eat regular meals and good size portions. seeing a nutrionalist could be an option - they were able to give me some pointers! alternatively accept the size you are and dress to suit your body shape!
Just eat 6 times a day.

And make it the right kind of food.
Make sure you take in protein after work out fo feed muscles. And remember muscle will get bigger while you rest so dont beast yourself.
Its pretty easy, all this I can gain weight stuff is balls. I was 11 stone for years.. Now I can control my weight really easily by how much I work out and eat.
Your Dr will know, but tbh the advice you need to be taking is that of the above, ass its a tried and tested way. And its a helthy way of doing it.
Forget creaitn its not what you shoudl be doing as a beginner IMO. Shakes are ok, must be decent ones though as cheap ones are usually a waste of time.

I eat tons every day, but I just dont seem to be able to gain any weight. I decided to try and work out my body fat percentage (how much of your body is fat) using an online calculator that claimed to be accurate to 1%..................I ended up finding out my body fat percentage was -2%
