Hilarious that Denilson and Bendtner both want out.

As of right now, I suspect you're stuffed whatever happens.

Here's a thought for you: how about Ian Holloway to take the helm at Arsenal? I'm sure going to miss his interviews now that Blackpool have dropped back down. I wonder what he could do with such a (relative) massive increase in resources?

    Re: Why should Wenger stay?

Yeah, but the interviews would be the *primary* reason there.

I don't know, I think he could do well with an attack-minded squad. Sure, he'd probably have the same defensive issues that Arsene has but a change is as good as a rest. Who else would they get? Sam Allardyce?

I'm all for Big Sam taking over to be honest, just to shut up the commentators' love affair with Arsenal's passing

If Sam will be managing the Arsenal team watch them players putting extra 3 stones and growing by 10 inches to kinda make them look like Bolton/Blackburn team

Sam's philosophy of football - get Chris Samba/Kevin Davies and multiply by 11 lol

Ugly to watch like hell, not sure if Arsenal's supporters would cope with that.

Well Wenger says he is shaking it up, lets see. This season Mr Wenger is your final chance to deliver. No more after that.

Thats kind of not a bad idea what if we start some kind of campaign to make big sam arsenal manager and steve mclaren Man u manager, Liverpool would then have a chance of winning the league

    Re: Why should Wenger stay?

Apparently, Wenger wants Ashavin to stay and he will do everything to not sell fabregas and so far no offers or news from barcelona about the potential purchase of fabregas.

if we can keep all our players minus denilson, bendter, scholarchi, almunia and possibly clichy, we should be OK next season?

    Re: Why should Wenger stay?

    What's OK defined as?

Collapsed to fourth this season, and you're anticipating losing all of those players without too much suffering?

For starters, if Bendtner leaves, then you've got a crock and Chamakh up front, and there have been rumours about Chamakh leaving. If Almunia goes, then you're relying on Sceczny (no idea how to spell his name) to maintain his form, which is far from guaranteed.

I'm sure the club won't implode, but in those circumstances it would be a massive task to challenge for the Champions League places.

Depends who they get in to replace them rumours of Alex Witsel joining he's a good young midfielder, Gervinho Dont Rate him myself but you never know might be ok, constant rumours of Defour joining he's a superb player.

The only probllem i have with arsenal is i washoping we'd get witsel and defour and you can have gervinho

Which is the same old chestnut we have been hearing for 5 seasons now and we STILL qualify.

Look at the money Spurs and Liverpool have spent this season.......and what do they have to show for it? Another crack at the 'also rans' cup.
