WEll just a quick wash +chamois takes about an our, so when you start doing it properly its quite easy. When i first got mine i spent an entire sunday doing it, wash, claybar, tcut, polish, wax, i was absolutely knackered.

How can you not even dry it? You get those horrid little grey spots all over it. I bet your car is silver?

Specialist Cars (my main dealer) has washed my current Golf and my previous Polo more times than me

Fortunitely my golf is 'Desert Beige' (or a light gold colour) so the dirt doesnæt show up much

5mph is very fast for walking...
I'm lucky, we have a (small) gym at my office, but I work from home several days a week. I got bored of the gym, and started running. Always thought runners were insance, and I would hate. But I started nice a slowly, and went running with some friends who are experience runners.
I wouldn't do without it now. The other day it was p***ing down so I whimped out and went for a run in the gym. I hated it. Managed about a mile, and had to stop, it was so boring.
Nothing like running outside. Get some half decent running shoes, and an MP3 player.
    Great way to keep fit...

Just to add, whatever you do, you need to be consistent about it, and do it regularly.

I don't think there is much point in going to the gym, running or whatever every now and then. Probably won't do you any harm, but it won't bring you a great deal of benefit either.

I was going to say that one - martial arts is a really tough workout, but you get the added bonus of learning martial arts! Can be fun, and is a lot more social than going to the gym. The social aspect makes you do it regularly too...

Fidget like crazy at your desk, although your work colleagues might begin hiding the coffee from you.
