The best hing is a proper baalnced diet broken down into 6 regular meals per day, if you look up Zig Xag dieting you can find out more about protien etc. Also if you struglle to eat regualr then you dont have to resort to expensive branded meal replacements - buy a can a of slimfast it is a meal in a can and good if you re on the go, I regualary buy them and my wife and I ( she is a super gym bunny also) get some strange lloks when we have 12 of them on the conveyor at the checkout, you are simply not using it as a meal replacement but as a supplemental meal
