Steam or Sauna, what's the difference?

i prefer to use the steam room, but tbh all the ones I use hotels, my gym etc are full of chatty or disgusting people

no i don't want to talk to you and no you can't sit next to me

Only time it is good is when you have it to yourself or when you know it has been cleaned

I have gained a love of all things sauna over the last few years,after i used one at a local gym for the first time. now i have my own at home and spend way to much time taking the steam..lol..
