    Messed up order

    I ordered a Thermalright 120 Extreme last night, half way through putting my card details in something went funny, not too sure what though I did receive an email afterwards confirming the order but on your website it says pending, I dont think it registered with the card. So what do I do now?
    Pls cud u send me an email or PM or phone, whichever is easiest, much appreciated Order number is 5515

    I ordered a Thermalright 120 Extreme yesterday and received a SI-128 today instead. I did send an email at about 13:15 and had no response at all? Order number 5555

    We have received your email, hence a reply you would get within a few hrs, but not within seconds of receving your email, as we would confirm package item sent with our despatch dept, however ref to the telephone converastion with yourself a echanged is being done for you

    Thanks Kul Not had much luck lately, I must be cursed. But at least u guys sort it out pretty quick so Im not worried

    hi there, just to comfirm that a thermalright 120 extreme has now been sent and the wrong one will be picked up from you when city link deliver the correct cooler....
