New MoBo - Advice sought

I'm on the hunt for a new MoBo. I want it to make the most of the following:-

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750.
Corsair 2Gb (2X1Gb) TwinX DDR2 XMS2 Dominator.
And it must be Sli, NOT Crossfire.
A good overclocking BIOS.

My budget is around £100, but can be raised a bit.

Any advice? Thanks.

go for the new p5k`s or the (Asus Sriker Extreme) very very good mobo its getting cheaper as well but well worth the money.
