    OCZ Laser Gaming Mouse...RMA ?

    Hi, I bought this mouse about 2 weeks ago. Everything was ok for few days but suddenly OS sent me a message that cant recognize a device which is plugged to USB drive and now it doesnt work at all for me. I sent email to OCZ and they said its mouse problem and a RMA procedure is necessary.

    Now I want to ask what I need to do to exchange the mouse ? Of course I bought it from YoYo.

    As I see I can exchange the mouse faster with OCZ from USA then YoYo from...London. Come on people I just want to know what to do and how? I have warranty but I bought it more than 2 weeks ago so dont worry you dont need to exchange it from your stock probably ;-). But you can :-).

    I'm sure you can if its the manufacter fault not a problem they have helped me in the past with a mobo

    Im sure too but Im waiting for answer and I see nothing :-).

    Ok, I found the mouse is sold out. So my additional question is if it means I need to wait till itll be available? And if yes how much time it can take?

    At the bottom of our webpage you will see 'Returns Policy'
    click on that download form, fill and send with product

    I can replace for you from stock, however as you are aware am out here, BUT
    let me check with supplier on tuesday, if they have will get in ASAP for you

    Ok, I sent this mouse today. RMA form is inside the parcel. I will wait for some news about that.
