Faulty Motherboard Returned 3 Weeks Ago...

Hi there, firstly i would like to say i have tried PMing an admin about this but dont seem to be able to, anyway my problem is as follows,
I returned a faulty motherboard 3 weeks ago, at my own expence, after 5 yes 5 emails with no reply i have now made 4 phone calls and been told every time that it is being dealt with, on the last phone call i made i was promised my new replacement motherboard for this week, it is now thursday night and i have had no contact and still no motherboard, i am a self employed photographer and the motherboard is from my photo editing pc so is having a big effect on my business, i have explained this to yoyotech to be told it is not their problem! i have used yoyotech in the past with no problems, but then nothing ever had to be returned.....
i would please like to know once and for all a definite date i am going to recieve my new motherboard so i can get back on track.

motherboard is an asus P5N32E sli-plus socket 775 on order number #7353 for Jeremy Costello

hi there Jeremy, we have checked our records and have your board as a rma.....
this has been sent back to asus for them to deal with under the rma warranty....
we have been chasing asus to find out where your board is, and have been told that we are expecting a big asus delivery of stock this morning, and included in that is your motherboard.....
as soon as we have check the delivery and confirmed what is on it, we will let you know,

No update on this? What happened with the delivery? When can i expect my new motherboard? Come on guys please sort this out

hi there, we did receive your board back from asus, and it has been sent back to you via city link...
i did try to phone, to update you on this, but got no answer and it did not go through to a answer phone.....
so you should recieve your board back on monday.....
we have done everything we can to get your board back to you asap, but we have been waiting for asus to return it to us - so we can return it to you..

Ok mark, thanks for finally sorting this out for me, has the board been replaced or just repaired? If it were to go wrong again i really cannot afford to wait over 3 weeks again
