Ok, this story is about an "Fatality AN9 32x SN:FAN93UDD000064" Motherboard which shows Bios-Errorcode "90" and won't start anymore. I've written an email to techsupport-uk at abit.eu before, but got no reply. So i'm requesting Abit Support in this Forum now.
I did the boot-failure recovering-procedures like described in the manual (disconnected powercable, removed bios-battery, reseted bios, pressed insert-key while powering on) without success. i removed all components and attached parts from my other computer (cpu/ram/gfx), still without success. it's not the remaining two components PSU + CPU, because i tested them on the other board. is there a way to solve errorcode "90" or is it dead?
is it right, that my board's serialnumber (FAN93UDD000064) is in the range of a product recall (FAN93UDD000001-FAN93UDD001648)?
i asked at the shop, where i bought it, if they would replace it. but their support answered me, that they don't know of a abit motherboard recall and redirected me to you.
is it possible to get the board replaced?
