    Your letting that THING be part of your fuel line!

    I assume it is also the creator of the rusty mess on the floor?

    Re: Calibra Progress *!= 56k*

    no its not

    Im sure if all owners look at thier diaphrams they are probably as rusty as that one, the only reason the last one ruptured was because i was perhaps pulling a little too hard on the pipe to get it off

    Will probably replace it when I get a chance

    you can make it to Hexus.meets now..

    or you can just drive up and down various motorways and back roads to give it a thorough testing.

    brilliant work so far fraggie. are you getting a new vauxhall badge to put on it?

    Re: Calibra Progress *!= 56k*

    not had any updates for the last couple of weeks because i've been away on my jollies

    the car performed very well except for a small oil leak (a litre a day ) found to be the oil pressure sender being loose

    before we left the badge decided to make a run for it!

    Good job i've got a debadged bonnet to go on

    We got up there and had good food...

    Good beer...

    Good views (outside the cottage where we stayed)...

    And good hills

    The car got absolutely filthy as you can see...

    Soon the body makeover will start

    If anybody knows any good cheap bodyshops / aquaintances in the Notts area then please let me know

    More updates soon.

    Cheers

    Bill

    Roof lining sticking up
    Carpet fixing
    Change coolant resevoir
    Change coolant temperature sensor.
    Replace traction control motor.
    Replace one stud in throttle body.
    Weld up side bump strips and fill (before respray)
    Replace rear bump strips.
    Fix heated driver seat.
    Delock drivers handle and fit alarm.
    Lowered
    Wheels spaced

    Looking forward to it again
