    My new turbo diesel

Its french its a renault laguna - 1.9 DTI Alize. Seems well looked after, 140k miles and it has had cambelt done twice last was 120k...

    And it has a turbo

So, direct injection, can it burn veggy oil? can it be chipped for uber horsey power?

    CAN I PLAY WITH BOOST????

Only one issue with it is the coolant is BLACK. Its not oil (as that turns white in water). I read that its corrosive and should be changed asap so thats what I will do Anyknow have better knowledge?

    And heres a picture:

    Re: My new turbo diesel

Nice, I was looking at one, but it works out cheaper for me to buy, insure and run a more powerful volvo diesel (either that or a vw diesel for me)

google biodiesel and you can get info on it, had a manager at work asking about it today

Pleased you moved on quickly to another car putting the untimely demise of your previous car behind you. I really like Laguna's having been in both old and new ones. Looks in good shape from the picture.

paint doesnt look to great but apart from that the rest is

I would really like to know if I can dispose of 21 liters of cheap german 15/40 mineral engine oil, into the fuel tank I wouldnt advise its use as a lubricant for anything other than an oilburner but as a fuel.... it burns?!?!?
