    Track Day GPS

Is it possible to get some sort of GPS for use with a Dell Axim x51v/TomTom6.

Basically want to be able to use the GPS to use on track, so it can show where on the track the car is live and then produce some sort of file that can be viewed and then overlayed onto the incar footage from a video camera?

These people Big Power use a GPS based lap timing for their trackdays. I have no idea on the software but it might be able to help you in what you are trying to achieve.

Thanks Lowe, that was the program I was thinking of that I remember seeing on Big Power (when I was a paid up member).

    Re: Track Day GPS

No worries, a few of our guys have used it and have had half decent results. Can't say I've personally used it mind. YMMV
