Focus RS discontinued? Why?

I've no idea. Certainly in the short term the limited production run has done serious goodness for residual value. It's hard to find a mint Focus RS at anything less than original list price.

Certainly a smart way to run a performance car for a year if only we'd have known

Buy it for £20k, get £21k back a year later

Depends if you actually believe the magazines Fox. Best person to decide how good a car is, is the person buying it.

not nessesarily mate.. my 340 feels good to me but im never gonna pretend its a good drivers car

wasnt a fan of rs's anyway, there nowhere near as quick as ctr's, but handling is awesome i suppose
