The difference being they look like they made a slight mistake which caught them out, whereas the women look like someone gave a bike to a 5 year old and said "Off you go! Have fun."

It's a mix of the 2 actually - the short MotoX style circuit with Enduro style obstacles... hence Enduro-Cross
