Mitsubishi GTO 3 litre twin turbo.

On a run cruising it gets into the mid 20s, heavy right foot puts it at the 17-18 mark.

I can live with it as I use it mainly for shorter trips and days out, for family use or long trips away then we will be in the old Merc instead. Do I wish it had better economy? well yes. Would I give up one horsepower to achieve it? Hell NO!!

Economy isnt everything, life is too short to give up grins where you can find them.

My old Polo GT was 40mpg usually, 28mpg if I really gave it the beans.

About the same if I'm unusually lax.
With runs to work (awfull mpg) and weekend runs to Gloucester I average 23mpg.

Oh yeah and we released the mod on Friday and had a manic day.
5 runs to and from work in 24hrs. 5miles, 8 roundabaouts each way.

Well, i get 200 in a 1.1 106 through town. So depending on your route something around that.

£10 does me about 120 miles (worked out from a 70mile journey which cost £6). If my maths is right I make that around 34-37mpg. I'm fairly happy with that.
