After 15 Months of moaning about the Mundano and offering to trade it with many many other cars , I finally succeeded.

Its different

electic EVERYTHING - was quite upset to see the ashtray didn't use a motor
very very smooth but seems to pull well when you give is a few more rpm.

I will be driving like a granny due to the fuel bills , but it'll be a giggle for a while !

Its a 3 Speed Auto

I reckon I'll get 24 or so MPG out of it - if I can afford to fill the tank up ( all 85 litres of it )

It may have been 50k 16 years ago but it appears to have depreciated a little

I was driving carefully home and people seemed afraid to overtake just in case I popped a cap in their ass

I may have to upgrade the stereo a little

Is that the actual plate as well?

If so, when you get rid of the car, transfer it to the SX or something. Firstly it'll hide the age of the car, and also because those NI plates fetch best part of 500 quid in some places and the price will only ever go up

Fabulously comfy car.

Prefer the look of the Mk2 LS400s to the current shape ones as well. You've got a good colour combination with the dark grey and the clear lenses.

Think you're being optimistic with the 24mpg though!

Its a 4 litre

I think the lenses are aftermarket ( its a series I - complete with slightly dodgy climate control temp readout )

I dont do much town driving ( milton keynes is quite good for that )

I'll keep my fingers crossed on it.
