The buyer pays shipping on an RMA, we pay to ship it back. In the future, I expect that we will have UK/EU RMA processing but, I don't have a time frame.

Thats a shame that tbh...I am looking at the 620W aswell as i have tested 2 and they were BY FAR the best mid-high end PSUs i have seen.

Your RMA procedure is the big drawback im afraid to say.

Between OCZ and Corsair, if you were interested in helping the UK market, would be the first choice, im sure, for most enthusiasts.

(BTW...OCZ's are the best for DFI boards )

Not according to most of the DFI Street (now DIY Street) guys.

Corsair is working to improve in many areas all over the world including the EU/UK. As I said, I don't have any knowledge of when these changes will go into place.

I think we both know the DFI street promote what they are asked to . Money talks.

It still doesnt disuade from the fact that the Corsair PSUs are fantastic. As soon as there is decent support in this part of the world i will use them 100%

Instead of sending it back to corsair in the US, why dont people just send any faulty items back to the retailer where they bought it from in the first year?
