you dont really need 120gb of storage and the HDMI port dont make much of a differnce and if ou want your console plack you can easily change the faceplates

HDMI Port = 1080p! If youve got a 1080P TV then HDMI port will make a massive difference (I have not got the Standard white Xbox360 to work @ 1080P yet through the VGA cable

You can also do 1080p over component. Although, it's unlikely that your tv will support that.

I have a 1080p TV which i bought this week (Wednesday) - Samsung LE40M86bd might be 88 - cant remember.

I have my Xbox Premium connected through Component at 1080p- and the XBox set to 1080p output. Works fine. I also have a PC connected through the VGA at 1920x1080 - Half Life 2 marathon this weekend me finks - 40" zombie splatting madness.

edit: I was really asking if there is any improvement from Component to HDMI - any at all?

Less cables, I think that's about it. It's basically a DVI connection that also carries the sound, there isn't that much that's special about it TBH
