jolly good thread, because PS1/2/3 controllers do my bleedin head in.
I prefered my Sega Saturn controller to PS1, especially in Tomb raider.
I prefered my Sega Dreamcast controller to virtually everything else ever made
I prefered my Microsoft gamig controller from years ago for my PC to a PS2 controller too.
And I prefer my Game Cube controller too.
Sony just wont change.. because they PHEAR CHANGE!!

Never been keen on PS3 controllers, thats one of the reasons I went with a 360 instead. Controllers really nice to hold.
I hate the 360 controllers, they look like they are from ToysRUs, but am I gonna make a thread about it? No.
If you want them slightly bigger, buy the real triggers, they are awesome.
Why argue over two great sets of controllers? it is purely downt to personel choice. I myself have always been a Playstation man since the first time I set eyes on Lara Croft in Tomb Raider.

I'm new to PS3 you see....
Funnily enough, I just bought a pair of DS3 pads to replace my two Sixaxis pads - they are better! Ergonomically they still stuck of course, but the analogue sticks have a much smaller dead zone which makes them feel a lot more responsive. Also the added weight just makes them have some sort of presence in your hands (unlike the Sixaxis which felt like feathers!). And if course rumble is a nice addition
Worthwhile purchase imo

Sony seem to be the cheapest place to buy one but they don't have any in stock!
I personally liked the controllers, although it might be nice for them to release a controller with built-in cooling like they did with the PS2, I don't like the 360 controllers mind, each to his own I guess.
