AMD Kaveri press day(thanks monstercameron on Anandtech forums for backing up the slides):

There is info about Kaveri, its performance and Mantle performance.
There are a couple of dozen slides.
EDIT by scaryjim: album has been emptied so I've removed the direct image links (but I've saved them in case it's restored later)

The 45W TDP version of the A8 6600 looks interesting! IGP performance is better than an A10 6800K!! It seems IPC has improved upto 20% too.
Edit!!
It seems XDMA Crossfire is supported too.
Second Edit!!
Another slide:

Thanks to kap on SA forums.
Third Edit!!
The GF 28NM is denser than the 22NM process Intel is using ATM.
Fourth Edit!!
It seems the A8 7600 has a configurable TDP.

Interesting they should use a GT 630 as a comparison point - isn't that what Intel used to subjectively compare to their top GT3e GPU?
That's not the first time I've heard about GF 28nm being denser than Intel's 22nm process TBH.
I found another link(this time on SA forums) for the album:

96FPS in LoL? Seems I may be going Kaveri
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Most of the improvements seem to be in the brackets under 65W TDP it seems.
There's that reference to multi-threaded cores again, in slide 13...
Kaveri system in a briefcase:

And it seems socketed Kabini is real too, not a typo! Anandtech has some photos of a Kabini board - unusual to see a desktop board with no chipset on board!

They seem to use socket FS1??
Yeah, lets hope we get a couple of decent FS1 ITX boards then, and getting hold of a Jaguar system might be easier than it tends to be for soldered chips!
The A8 7600 configured to a 45W TDP might be a good fit for a small LAN Box running games like DOTA or LOL.
Another picture from Hans de Vries:

It seems the Kaveri memory controller is significantly larger than the one in Trinity and Richland.
Given the way they reduced the PHY size to fit more slower memory controllers into Hawaii, that could be an indication that Kaveri will support *very* fast memory.
Or it could just be that the memory PHYs are harder to fit on 28nm than other components? The layout looks very similar, and possible a little less densely packed....
I notice in the table at http://www.anandtech.com/show/7643/a...ch-information it says both the announced devices will be able to use DDR3-2133 rather than just the cherry picked high end ones in Richland, which with a bigger graphics portion I suppose shouldn't be a surprise.
