    Thats true.
Although here's us talking about whether it will need a high spec pc i doubt it will even come out on pc.

    Re: Grand Tourismo 5(pc?)

Some interesting info that was posted by someone who is a long time member over on GT5 forums and possible an employer of GT5.

    http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=115870

GT5 will be released on late November, early December 2009. Release will be global for all regions.

600+ cars, 95 tracks, some of which will be remodelled GT4 tracks/cars.

Ability to create new tracks from existing ones.

    Extensive clan/team features.

There will be two versions of GT5. One with all the features in it, costing the most (initially). Small version will be a basic game, with dowloadable features, but it will cost you to get all the upgrades to the big version.

    Possible PSP/PC release?

do you mean the "Possible PSP/PC release?" because nothing else in that quote points at a pc multi-format release.

But if you read the original post made by that guy, he hints that GT5 could come on "other" platforms.

i reckon its definetly psp bound because they was working on a psp version ages ago

The downloadable version has been mentioned before by Sony or Polyphony, but i also thought it had been dismissed. Either way there has been no official announcement, and i still doubt that Sony would let one of its crown jewels out of its hands and on to another platform.

I do hope that its an early December release (its my birthday) but until Sony/Polyphony make an official announcement, i still say BS.

it was mentioned on the first link of this very same thread on how there is a hint that it may come out on the pc. its obviously not going to come out on the 360 though. PC is the only other format it can come out that is not a main rival to the ps3 console seeing as its a PC platform, not a console platform.

the only other platform it can come out on, is the wii

agreed. i believe it when i see it inside of my ps3 or PC in christmas time.

Also: read my comment above your quote on how releasing it on a PC wont do much damage if any as its not a rival console
