Re: What's everyone playing at the mo'?

    Xbox 360:

Lost Odyssey - Started playing that again a couple of days ago, time to get it completed
Top Spin 2 - Never put to much effort into it despite paying full RRP ...
    Sega Superstar Tennis
    Lego Indianna Jones
    Rock Band
Kung Fu Panda - It was free! Really quite rubbish as well for a platformer ...
Gears of War 2 - Multiplayer on and off

    Far to much:

    PC:

    EVE Online
    CoD WaW
    Plants V Zombies
    World Of Goo
    X-Com collection

    360:

    GoW2
    Red Faction
    Splosionman
    CoD4
    L4D
    Battlefield 1943
    Wolverine
    GTA4 : Lost and Damned
    Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

    DS:

    Nanostray 2
    Ghostbusters
    Line Rider
    Rhythm Paradise
Lego Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Batman
    DopeWars (homebrew)
    Lemmings (pc port/homebrew)
The majority of the released Castlevania's

Can't think of any more atm. I don't know how I find the time for it all.

After all this there is the PS1 and PS2 and then the gamecube all hooked up to which get a quick blast here and there.

I wanna play the new Ghostbusters game, but I want to finish Gears of War first. It looks like major fun (Ghostbusters that is).

Yeah I had this ordered on ebay for a US copy, 3 weeks I waited and heard nothing then yesterday I get the email saying the seller couldn't get stock so looking for another one. Although I may just wait for a UK copy now as its only a month or two away for the 360.

Re: What's everyone playing at the mo'?

Only really been playing PC games recently, xbox is gathering dust a bit . Not been anything new that really spiked my interest on there in the last couple of months. Might renew live and try out some demos soon though.

    On the PC;

Empire: Total War with some great mods that have come out, and fair does the dev's have put the effort in to fix the bugs and improve the game itself, based on the community feedback.

Arma2 still a bit temperamental for me, waiting on a patch, but what I have played of it, I've loved.

Also re-installed Civilsation 4: beyond the sword the other day, I think the turn based aspect of Empire got me a bit nostalgic. No oceans, all land, lots of different nations, decent difficulty setting. Politics, war, land grabbing and 25storey death-bots, good fun.

Finally the my old favourite Eve Online, been playing a couple of years, still great fun. Finally getting into 0.0 sov warfare and caps.

Re: What's everyone playing at the mo'?

Playing through Street Fighter IV on the PC, have managed to unlock all the characters (which took ages) and am now playing through the challenge mode.
I'm not going online again until I improve though! I must get a better control pad too, the MadCatz ones look tempting (if a bit pricey)...

I've got way too many games, I keep losing interest and swapping over.

Pirates is fun but lacks depth, I just got Stalker (first one) for a quid and picked up Metroid Prime on Gamecube but forgot I already have it so if anyone wants to buy it - maybe a fiver.

Re: What's everyone playing at the mo'?

Prinny can I really be the hero on PSP (masochistic 2D platformer) has been dominating my game time for the last week. Team Fortress 2 has been my prefered online shooter since it came out, but I've been taking a break from it for a few weeks now. Might have to check out ARMA2 given what people are saying about it.

As far as older stuff goes ICO and Shadow of the Colossus have been sitting, waiting for me to get around to playing them for a while now, along with the more recent Persona 4.

Re: What's everyone playing at the mo'?

    All on PC for me:

Call of Juarez: Bound in blood - COD with cowboys basically
Street Fighter IV - Like chrism I'm a bit afraid to go online!
COD: WAW for the multiplayer gameage
Jade Empire - because I never got round to playing it, love a bit of Bioware

Just today started playing Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, and have to say it's one of the most cinematic games I've ever played. Seems pretty good an hour or so into the game.

I was thinking about installing MTW2 for the third age LOTR mod has anyone played this? It looks pretty damn good and has huge geek value!

Apart from the games i mentioned in the first post..there's about 10 titles waiting in their boxes that i haven't got round to playing..(a recurring theme i see).
This week i've also been playing Tomb Raider - Underworld..and that's how long it took me to finish..good game but too short.
    Back to playing Modded Oblivion..

Re: What's everyone playing at the mo'?

Can't really get into much gaming recently! Been playing lots of demos and haven't really found anything I've liked. Thinking of replaying through Bioshock or Dead Space.

Come to think of it, I've got Supreme Commander installed but have only played it a few times, might give that a bash tonight.
